Playing Swertres is a little tricky. You need three numbers and numbers can be repeated. Choose them between 0-9.- Find Suertres play slip at nearest shop.

HISTORY OF THE PCSO SUERTRES LOTTERY
Swertres game in other places in the world is known as Pick 3 lottery. Swertres means "Lucky Three" and is a good name for a game where you choose three numbers. This game started on 13th June 2002. It was needed because of increasing illegal games. Demand was high for this type of lottery. Firstly only available in Visayas Mindanao region, now from September 25th 2006 available in Luzon too.
