First of all, you should always affix your signature at the back of your winning ticket to ensure your absolute ownership. You can do it right after the purchase so nobody can fake it.
The player can claim any lottery prize amounting between PHP 20 and PHP 10,000 at any authorized Lotto outlet in the Philippines. Also, you can claim the ticket at the PCSO branch offices in your area.
Higher prizes amounting between PHP 10,001 and PHP 300,000 can only be picked up in local PCSO branch offices or PCSO main office (2nd floor).
Requirements and Guidelines
If you have won a bigger prize that needs your appearance at the PCSO office - bring your valid ID and signed winning Lotto ticket.
Present your winning ticket at the Prize Fund Division. Fill up the claim. You can prepare your claim form here: https://www.pcso.gov.ph/webapps/PrintAssistance.aspx
Proceed to the Treasury Department. After presenting your authenticated winning ticket and claim form, you will be prepared a check. This check will be signed by the PCSO general manager or chairman.
Encash your check at the Philippines National Bank. It is located on the ground floor of the PCSO main office.
Lotto winnings above PHP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax (TRAIN law).
Remember that winning a PCSO Lotto ticket must be free of any mutilation, erasure of stain. Numbers and symbols must be readable. Otherwise, the player will not receive a prize payment.

- Identification card,
